October 2, 2020 - November 20, 2020  —  Virtual Event

The experience based program focuses on both financial planning content as well as basic instructional design, using learning objectives, student assessment, and avenues of bringing experimental learning into the classroom or online learning platform.

Participants may include:

  • Faculty within finance and accounting
  • CFP® professionals hoping to begin a full or part-time career teaching in a CFP Board Registered Program
  • Current faculty within all CFP Board Registered Programs
  • Doctoral students aspiring to begin a career preparing the next generation of CFP® professionals

This year the seminar will be offered online in two sessions over six weeks: October 2-November 6 and October 16-November 20. This will enable working planners and faculty members to participate without much interruption of their schedule.
