Scott Ward, CFP®

Scott Ward is the Director of Relationship Management Services for Johnson Sterling. He is passionate about retirement-transition services and has more than two decades of experience working closely with consumers, plan participants and plan sponsors.

Scott is a guest contributor for U.S. News & World Report and is a former President and Board member of the Financial Planning Association of North Alabama. Based in Birmingham with his wife and two sons, Scott is actively involved in his church and community. As an experienced youth-league basketball coach, he is also a big fan of the triangle-and-two defense strategy.

Scott holds a B.A. in Communication from William Jewell College and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama.
